Well,it's this close (you can't see it,but I'm holding my two fingers up) the weekend-and whatever troubles may currently be brewing, the weekend shall provide peace even to the biggest of possible storms.
Chey,I can definitely make a living inventing fake horoscope readings or something like that.In case I fail my course or impulsively decide to run to the States (because,as my homie Oprah repeatedly says-Only in America do such wild and naive dreams become realities) and make a living out of providing bogus feng shui tips or future readings to miserable housewives who'd pay big money to hear someone say something really obvious like "I sense there is darkness in your life, particularly in your marriage"-I'll just have to get some cheap Indian clothes and not shave for a few months,to get that all-knowing look of people who look like they can communicate with ghosts and whatshit.Like this one SBS news presenter-white hair, bright lipstick-she's so hedious it could only mean she's somekind of voodoo witch.
Omigawd,what a load of crap.
Today, nothing really huge or eventful took place-aside from the fight I had with the receptionist on the phone and losing my shit over something else I prefer not to mention here.A bit too personal.Made some minor changes to the blog, and put some new links you can find at the bottom of the page-nowdays I don't know why,but I get quickly bored with the smallest of things and constantly have to change them.Like today on the way to uni,I took a route that unnecessarily took an extra 10 minutes-because I felt that the daily old route I normally take was getting a bit uninteresting. Then I combed my hair to the left (something really small no doubt, but I'm probably the most unadventurous person when it comes to hairstyling) this morning.
Am I having a quarter-life crisis?Does such thing even exist? If I were twenty years or so older and had much more money,I'd probably splurge on a brand new Merc and dye all my white hair pink. But it's just adolescence I guess-as youths,we're restless and always searching for ways to bring colour into our lives. And the consequences of doing so are often overlooked.
WOAH look out people, thoughts are very incoherent and messed up now.Major topic change coming soon.Oh,it's here odi.*Clap clap*.
I can't FUCKING BELIEVE they allowed Hostel II into Aussie-when Grindhouse wasn't even shown here.Grindhouse was that huge double feature by directors Robert Rodriguez & Tarantino that premiered elsewhere-surely it had some violence and gore but it can't POSSIBLY compare to the extreme content of Hostel II.These Aussies, sometimes they're so mellow and predictable I want to stick a damn baguette into their asses.Oh,and for anyone who ENJOYED 40 Year Old Virgin (like I did),Knocked Up is definitely something to look forward to.The string of comedies shown to us lately have been tiresome, dull and hopelessly unentertaining-usually involving Will Ferrell or some has-been.Borat was funny, though. So Knocked Up got a high rating on RT,and all the reviews I've read indicates it's a must-see-altho Movie Mum@ Yahoo gave it a disappointing B-.
I have QM tomorrow!Feeling okay bout it,preparation has been adequate but knowing how tak centre our lecturer is,the paper could surprise us with some unexpected q's-like suddenly requiring us to write mathematical poems or draw dirty cartoons of him.
Make Love,Not War.
