goodbye paradise

1. She of 'Put Your Records On' and bicycle-riding fame, has made an album so beautifully simple and musically scenic, the first thing I've heard this year that is anywhere near as good as the Pete Yorn/Scarlett J collabo album from 09.

2. Singing about her recently passed husband, "When he comes around there's nothing more to imagine, just tuberose's".

3. Track 7: "Strained as love's become,it still amazes me,and I would like to call it beauty".

4. And the final lines from the last track: "The majestic sea, breaks everything, crushes everything, cleans everything, cleans everything, takes everything, from me".

5. Oh,if I had a voice like hers,I'd sing to myself all day and night and get lost in my own music and forget about living completely.
